30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, certificates, invoices, tags, and complimentary gifts must be included.
• The jewelry must not show signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or modification.
• The return must be approved by Ambati before the item is shipped back.

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
For quality assurance and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Engraved products
• Made-to-order engagement rings
• Rings resized after delivery
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Special-order pieces

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the package
• Photos of the product
• A description of the issue

Our team will review the matter and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refund Process
After we receive your returned jewelry:

1. Our quality team will inspect the item.
2. The inspection generally takes 2–5 business days.
3. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Depending on your payment provider, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Refund Deductions
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, gift-wrapping fees, and expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item received from Ambati.
For high-value jewelry, we strongly recommend using a secure, trackable shipping service and appropriate insurance when returning an item.

Return Approval
All returns require approval from Ambati before being shipped back. Please contact our customer support team with your order details to initiate the return process.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Quality Inspection
Every returned piece undergoes a quality inspection to verify its condition, including craftsmanship, diamond security, setting, polishing, and overall finish.
If an item shows signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or modification, the return may be rejected.
